Moss Creek Village Furniture

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this store. When things go smoothly, it is easy to rave. Sometimes a transaction becomes challenging for a variety of reasons, and that is when you learn what a store is made of! After 40 years of marriage, we bought our first sectional -- a much more complicated purchase than we had anticipated. Amidst our own indecision, an honest error in ordering it and a manufacturers issue with the fabric, we met with the manager, Brian Saul, who bent over backwards to please us and make everything right. He is a first class gentleman and a skilled manager who treated us with kindness and respect. We love what we bought and I cannot recommend more highly dealing with Moss Creek Village Furniture -- its salespeople and management. more

We had the BESTfurniture shopping experience ever!!! The sales associate was great and they didn't mind even when my boys got a little restless while we shopped and picked out furniture for almost 2 hours. We were given a window for delivery and already this morning I have received a call from the tech letting me know approx when they would be here. So far so good......and our furniture is on the way!! :o) more

I had a good experience with the salesperson but decided not to buy nor ever step foot in this store again after observing the attitude of the store manager. I even made sure I got his name - Brian Saul - he was loudly accosting one of his sales ladys in front of quite a few other customers as well as myself. The way he was speaking was border-line abusive, not to mention vulgar words infront of customers - I will never shop there again. more
