I worked thru their internet Dept. so I could get the bottom line price. Not only did the person I worked with (Denice So) not even come out to ever greet me. when the Sales manager brought the quote they added $6,000 above the MSRP... I have purchased over 20 new vehicles and I can honestly say I wouldn't buy a Skateboard from this dealership. more

My experience at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Moreno Valley was incredibly satisfying. The primary reason I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country Touring L minivan from them recently was due to their excellent customer service. The internet and fleet sales department representatives practiced a high degree of professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout my experience. They were courteous, polite, punctual, and willing to listen to my specific demands. I would highly recommend anyone interested in receiving first-rate customer service to Moss Bros. This is the 5th car I have purchased from the Moss Bros Auto Group and the 3rd one specifically from the Moreno Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge store. I've always had a super-pleasant buying experience with them. The General Manager, Dave Oley, is a great guy and really strives to make his customers happy. I've typically dealt with Richard Chew when I've purchased. He's always very professional and has always helped me get the payments and terms that fit my budget. I recommend them to all of my friends looking to buy a car and they've always taken care of them in the same way they take care of me. They've always gone above and beyond to make me happy - whether that's in sales or when I go to their service department. Everyone is very friendly and seems genuinely appreciative of my business. It's also very convenient that they have so many different brands represented in the same location as a ton of used cars. Thanks Moss Bros for once again taking care of me yesterday and helping me buy yet another new car from Moss! more
