I had an Awesome Expierence! I bought two vehicles through the Internet Department and the process went so smoothly. Theresa Chandler handled my concerns, showed me the vehicles I wanted, and entertained my kids when they got restless. I will recommend Theresa to any of my friends or associates who are looking for a vehicle! My wife and I both LOVE our vehicles! more

This is our first purchase of a GMC. We researched quite a while until we knew what we wanted. I shopped around and eventually ended up at my local Moss dealer in Moreno Valley. The staff there was amazing, easy to work with, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I've been back in with questions on my new Yukon, and they are still completely awesome and helpful. They really know how to treat people well! This dealership will get return business from me and recomendations to others. more

The whole experience was positive from the time we walked in the door. The greatest staff and sales people who were very helpful and kind. My wife wants to thank Sir Charles (store manager of two stores) for listening to what we wanted. We love our New GMC 2012 Terrain! Oooooorah! more

My salesman, Richard, took excellent care of us throughout the entire process. He wasn't pushy or arrogant, he was very laid-back and provided us with a lot of unbiased information regarding our car selection. I appreciated his feedback and sense of humor. Even though it took longer then I expected to complete the entire transaction, I was completely satisfied with the service I received, from the salesperson to the finance person. Overall, a positive car buying experience! Thank you. more

I want to thank your staff for the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new truck. They had their ears on and most important they had the knowledge of the truck; that was what I really enjoyed. From your General Sales Manager to your Sales man and your Finance Manager, I want to express my sincerest THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! In 2002, I purchased my 1500 Sierra from Moreno Valley GMC, which lasted me for ten years. It had almost 330,000 miles. I loved my truck, it never failed me. It was a strong truck, and I love my new GMC truck from Moss Bros. Keep up the good work. Thanks. more
