I would say that I was treated with great respect throughout my case by Marcus Berg and his friendly staff. My case was challenging for a number of reasons and Marcus worked hard to see I was looked after legally and that even my personal needs were being met. The only issue I had was that there was some slight confusion during the arbitration. There was a section of the case that we didn't prepare for, apparently thinking it wouldn't arise, so I didn't have the responses or paperwork I normally would have had. But I think this was more of a simple misunderstanding than anything else. I would refer anyone to Marcus Berg without hesitation. H e is not only a great lawyer but a caring person as well. more

Marcus Berg and Carol handled my case after I was hit by an impaired driver. I had never been in this situation before, so I had a lot of questions along the way. They promptly responded to my concerns, and I was pleased with the outcome of my case. more

Moss Berg and there team are a awesome ! They took over my case that had been lingering for three years and going no where , with in months I had deposition few months later everything ended up in my favor . They helped me with many things through out all of this doctors and or just consoling every questioned answered and explained to where I could understand completely . Going through the process of my case, I was kept informed of everything as it progressed. Boyd Moss is a a strong, aggressive lawyer with calm demeanor. Him and his team(especially the patient and knowledgeable Carol) helped me through a mess that a previous lawyer had caused and got me the absolute most that I could never have imagined getting. I would definitely go back and hire them again. They got me more money than I expected and have such a wonderful staff. Communication was great and that's what is usually wrong with most firms. They fight for what you deserve and don't settle for something that they know isn't what you're worth. Great team! more
