Bought a couch and love seat back in August.... Went to pick it up and both pieces of furniture had rips and scuffs and a piece of the frame on the back of the couch that was loose. Upon telling the owner that we had an issue he said no problem come back tomorrow it will be fixed. Got a phone call that they couldn't fix the rips etc. and that we could pick it up and use them until a new set comes in, in about 8 weeks.... (this sounds familiar to an earlier post)... 10 weeks goes by and no phone call, so I called. They told me that they weren't going to get anymore of those type of couches in and that we needed to come in and pick out new ones. Apparently they were waiting around in hopes of one coming in until we called them back, instead of them calling us in September when they found out they were discontinuing this model! We went in and didn't find anything in there show room and were told that they would continue looking for us.... We have not received any correspondence from this company... Anytime we talk to them it is us calling them. Anytime we have called it is always someone is too busy to talk and they will call us back... Like I said before they haven't called us back... We have sent e-mails thinking maybe they would hide behind there computer and at least respond... Not a chance... It is now February and still no resolution...
