INVOLVED IN A LAWSUIT NOW WITH THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL ROBB YOU ..IF YOU ARE A SOLDIER OR DUAL MIL SHE WILL DO MAJOR REPAIRS ON AND AROUND YOUR PROPERTY WITH EXTENSION CORDS PLUGGED TO YOUR HOME WHILE IN THE FIELD SHE RAN A DUAL MIL COUPLE'S LIGHTS UP TO 800 WHILE HUSBAND WAS IN IRAQ AND WIFE WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE. THE MAINTAINCE GOES IN ESPECIALLY WHILE NOT THERRE I WITNESSED THEM STEALING FROM UNIT 3 WHILE LIVING THERE ......A ROTISSERIE OVEN AND KITCHEN TABLE WITH CHAIRS AT 0200 IN THE MORNING. NOW SARA MOSLEY IS SUEING ME DONT GET IN THIS SITUATION THEY DONT FIX THE PIPES AND MY TOWNHOME THEY OWN FELL THROUGH TWICE I LOST EVERYTHING FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY TWICE AND MOVED OUT THE SECOND TIME NOW IM STUCK IN A LAWSUIT CAUSE THE MOSLEYS THAT OWN THREE TRAILOR PARKS AND TOWNHOMES ARE SLUM LORDS WITH BAD PIPES, PLUMBING AND MAINTAINCE .........SHE WON NOW IM APPEALING .....SAY A PRAYER THESE PEOPLE NEED TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO PEOPLES WHOSE HARD EARNED MONEY BELONGS TO OUR FAMILIES more

Kathy is the owner of Mosley and thanks to her nasty attitude we will not be wanting to rent from her. i personally liked the trailer she was showing us but when i said we cant move in right away she said theres no point in showing us more. thats her job is to show trailers so we can know if we like them, we still have to give our landlord a 30 days notice and save a little more money. my husband told her we couldnt move in until november (today is october 11 by the way) and she didnt like that. how are we suppose to know where to move if a bitch like her wont show us anything? dont rent from her. more

Do not rent from this company! Worst mistake of my life! When you move in it will most likely be dirty and you will have to clean.Everything will break, nothing works right, and maintenance never knows what the hell they are doing and only do temperary fixes, so be prepared to call over and over for the same problems. oh and they show up unanncouced and will come in without permission to do ""pest sprays""... no matter how much they spray their places are constantly filled with roaches and bugs. when you move out, it doesn't matter how much you clean, she will charge you for everything and you will probably end up owing her! I had a 600$ security deposit and i got a bill saying i owe 100. So total move out costs where 700$, more than rent. This company is VERY dishonest and greedy and do not treat their clients right. i would never recommend this place to anybody! more

Renting from them would be the worst idea ever. At move out they will find anything possible to keep your whole deposit and then make you pay more on top of that. Minus a few nail holes from pictures our apartment was cleaner then when we moved in. Our security deposit was $590.00 witch they kept all of and are making us pay $119.00 more. Total bill at move out was $610.00 more then one months rent. They are very dishonest people. We would NOT recommend renting from them. more
