Good: The fact that even though they were fixing someone elses mistake, they came back a second time to touch it up for free.. Bad: The price was higher than the first company, but then again, they did it right.. Improvements: I would like to see a slightly lower price, but not at the sacrifice of quality.. Other: I'll call them first next time.. more

Good Green Cleaner 11/30/2009

I have a new baby and I wanted to have my carpets cleaned with green non-toxic chemicals. I did not expect it to come out looking as good but, I was pleasantly surprised when it did. more

Urine smell is gone 10/26/2009

Good: Lyon, got the urine smell from my bad cat out of the carpet!. Bad: The are so busy, I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. Improvements: Everything was great. more

Great Service, Clean Carpets 10/7/2009

I had my carpets cleaned by another company for the past few years and this year decided to try a different company. Moser Brothers blew my mind! Their professional carpet cleaning service was the best experience I've ever had with any service company. more
