MY wedding was 12/3/10....Cary, owner of Mosiac Studios, was paid in full Nov 2010....My mom still does not have her cd of pics or wedding album, 14 months later....I finally received my album in oct 2011, after he received my confirmation email to do the book in April 2011.....My mom ordered individual pics from Cary in Feb 2011 and received them in Sept 2011...I ordered pics from pictage directly and received them in 10 days....Cary was TERRIBLE at returning calls and or emails.....I had to make several calls and emails to get one return call....I was told several times that my album would be delivered on a certain date which it never came.....Once i finally got my album, I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the photos.....\r I am very disappointed that The Addison recommended Mosiac Studios and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

It's the worst decision I've ever made! My wedding date was on 5/23/2008, until today we still haven't gotten our wedding albums. The only thing we got so far is a cd of the pics. They changed vendor and the quality of the design is home-made quality, they were failed to delivered what was promised for the album, the pics taken was nothing like the samples on their website. Cary and Diane was very poor in responding to my ph call and emails. Very disappointed in their service. My baby is now almost 1 year old and we still did not have our wedding albums yet. We paid everything in full, and our package includes a cd with all of our pics, 2 photo books of all of our pic with 5 small clone photo books, a music dvd with photos playing in the length of 3 songs, and a 40 page wedding album. All we have gotten so far is just the cd with all our pics. the music dvd we got only has 1 song, and they didn't use the song I provided. Cary's response was that their software is not equipped to burn 3 songs. I'm really not buying it. Ever since then, I never hear from them. I left messages and messages, all my emails got bounced back. I'm really doubting if they are really legitimate. Things went downhill after I paid in full. My package costs me more than $3000.
