Had dinner at Mo's shortly after they won the World Series and the ambiance was completely dead. There was no music at all, just the faint murmur of conversation. I certainly appreciate that in certain restaurants but expected a more upbeat, lively ambiance especially given the Yankees win. It seemed more like a funeral than a celebration. There weren't even any Yankee dinner or drink specials! The service was poor. Our server was very pleasant, but we waited 20 minutes for appetizers and 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to the table after our plates were cleared. As a result, we skipped dessert. Also, the drink menu is pretty pitiful and only had 6 cocktails. And, most of the dishes are a la carte. Expect to pay for meat/fish and extra for a side of rice, veggies, etc.
I would love to see this restaurant thrive and hope these things are corrected very soon.
Pros: Nice restaurant
Cons: Boring, quiet, poor service
