These guys are good! My son brought is 5 speed manual transmission car in with a problem and Morrow diagnosed the problem and fixed it. A nagging leak was corrected too -- one that the dealer had failed to repair under warranty. Most shops can get you out the door, Morrow's fixes keep working for years. more

An honest shop 12/5/2008

I took my wifes car there for work. I didn't know she had it repaired there before. They did and warrenteed the repairs. more

Great honest people, so nice to trust a mechanic. 9/2/2006

So my girlfriend and I recently moved to Tx from upstate NY. It is always a stressful experience when you run into car problems, but being completely away from your element makes it worse. We came across the previous review by Jeanna, and took her word for it. Come to find out, she was 100% correct about Morrows transmission. The employees are helpful, honest, and always willing to walk you thru showing you the problem with your vehicle, as well as the steps they will take to fix the problem. No worries about being overcharged with them either, they are a rarity when it comes to modern mechanics shops... honest and there to help. Highly recommended by this Yankee. more

There's nothing fancy about this shop, BUT 9/19/2005

if you are looking for a well-known and honest mechanic to change your transmission for a reasonable price this is the place to go. This shop is ran by a couple. The husband is a mechanic and the wife handles the paperwork. Both are very approachable and down-home friendly. When my transmission went out, I used them to replace it because they were charging half what other shops were quoting me, but also because they were highly recommended by friends. They worked out a payment plan for me, and I had my vehicle back on the road within 5 days. It runs better than ever. more
