High End products, Excellent classes even for beginners 8/9/2005

This shop provides high quality machines, service, materials and instruction. I enjoyed the time I spent in quilting classes and recieved excellent group and individual instruction in the use of thesewing machine I purchased and quilt construction techniques. The owner taught the classes and was very clear and patient in helping me perfect the details of piecing I needed to finish my quilt, I now have an heirloom quilt and the skills to take on more projects. I would recommend this shop their products and classes for anyone, even those who have never done machine quilting before. more

  • Welcome to Morrow's Sewing and Vacuum Center of Central Oregon. We are conveniently located on Third Street, just south of Franklin Avenue, in Bend, OR.

    Morrow's Sewing Center was established in 1967 by Mary and Nevin Morrow. We proudly served the Central Oregon community for twenty-five years in the down town location on Minnesota Street before they retired and sold their business to Ed and Karen Jarrett. Ed and Karen took over in 1992 and used the foundation the Morrow's laid to build a full service, multiple brand sewing machine business. After acquiring Bend Vac and Sew in 1995, the Jarretts spent four years operating two separate businesses. In 1998, the Jarretts merged the two businesses, renaming the business to Morrow's Sewing and Vacuum Center and moved into the 3rd street location across from Safeway. After spending seven years at that location, the Jarretts decided to custom build their own building to better serve and accommodate their customers.
