I had an appointment at 8:30 am and the receptionist told me that they were having problems with their ""suction machine"" and it was going to take them a Little bit of time to repair it. At 9:00am, the dental hygienist calls my name and tells me that they are running a Little late and that it would take an hour or more before they get to see me and that they were booked for the rest of the day. I asked her if I could go take care of some personal things instead of waiting inside the office and she said it was fine because she was sure it was going to take more than one hour to get everything fixed. I leave the office and when I come back in an hour I am told that they called my name and I was not in the office and that they would see me at 3:30pm.\r

First of all, I arrived early for my appointment and I waited patiently but they felt that they needed to work with their other patients first (even when their appointment times were after mine), they valued them more than me and wanted me to reschedule for a different day and at the last moment, late afternoon on that day. I took time off from work for this appointment and I can't run around Savannah wasting money, gasoline and time because they are unprofessional. I am completely dissapointed in their patient care.
