I took my sister and her bridal party to Moro for a bachelorette dinner. I made reservations two weeks in advance and requested (and was promised) a special table to accompany our large party (indeed, I confirmed twice). When we arrived, we were seated at a small table ? not the table I was promised. \r

No one even approached the table for ten minutes, at which time we had to ask for water. When our appetizers finally arrived, there wasn't enough room at the table to set the plates down. One of the girls had to hold her appetizer plate (which we also had to request, since none were provided) as she ate. At that point, I went to speak with the manager, Corby, who assured me that he would try to accommodate us and take care of our appetizers.\r

Fifteen minutes later, we were moved to a larger table (still not the table that had been promised) and waited an additional twenty minutes for dinner?which were served by a different waiter. The manager never came by to check on the accommodations or apologize for giving away our table, or for the poor service we had experienced thus far.\r

When we received the bill, none of the appetizers had been ""taken care of."" I spoke to the waiter and informed him that the manager offered to take care of the appetizers. The manager then came to our table and announced that he felt that he had accommodated us by moving us (mid-meal) to a larger table and that he would not be ""taking care of? anything. He then chastised the entire table and accused us of berating him at HIS restaurant. He then left the original check on the table-but no one came to collect the payment. Rather than leave several hundred dollars in cash on the table, I gave my money to the bar tender and left the restaurant with a very bitter taste in my mouth.\r

Although the food was fantastic, the service was so poor and unforgivable that I will never return.
Pros: Food is delicious
Cons: The manager, Corby; the service; the attitude
