I have several issues with this company, but what has set me over the top is their inability to honor the manufacturers warranty on the electric fence collar that was purchased on 10/16/06. Issues are as follows:\r
? Original installation (5/06) was very poor. Wires are still not buried to this day (this is an underground fence)\r
? Gave the installer knowledge and marked out lines for the neighbors existing invisible fence and the installer still cut their line ? They did not repair the mistake\r
? Installer did not check the frequencies between the two houses to ensure they did not interfere with each other ? Took 2 notifications for them to come to correct the issue\r
? Requested a high setting to begin with, installed did not fulfill request, when we called the owner he was very rude and threatened to rip up the system, very unpleasant. ? Owner made adjustment with the understanding that he would not do it again\r
? Collar purchased direct from them broke in 1/07 would not honor LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Would only offer a discounted rate to purchase a new collar. And again when contacted he was extremely rude, uncivilized, and unprofessional\r
Pros: They are the only dealer in the area (that is not a pro)
Cons: Service, Customer satisfaction, follow up, installation
