There is always trash all over the grounds. The playground got toilet papered it was 3 days before they cleaned it up. The apartments are worn. There is paint on all the floors the lenolium is cut and torn. The drywall or whatever on the ceilings is cracked and falling down. There are no light fixtures in any of the main rooms. Don't make a decision based on the pictures they have on their website, special camera angles. The office staff is also very unfriendly and will waste your time. DO not MOVE HERE.\r This is not a safe place for children or single women. My husband and I moved here the day after we were married. Cars get broken into, 1st floor apartments have been broken in and wiped out from everything. Noise from our neighbors since we first moved in. Management did nothing to solve this problem. Slow shower drains, no water pressure, balcony is rotted. But we took it since it was only temporary as we are moving. I can not wait to move from here! I advise anyone who moves in to beware of the ""Crazies"" who wander the neighbor hood. This one white girl walks up and harrasses me when I am grilling, and this one black man is retarded and tried to get in my car.\r Move somewhere else, not here! Pros: Cheap rent, 525 including water. Cons: Poor staff, rude women, who actually live here in the complex. more
