Made an appointment with this cleaning company and they never bothered to show up or call to let us know they were not coming. Wasted half the day pulling out all the furniture out and waiting around, then moving it all back in. You will want to avoid this company. more

This ""team"" looked a bit scary from the beginning: odd demeaner, dirty inappearance, no communication skills- spoke in 2-3 word sentences. \r They just started; I had to stop them and ask exactly what their plan was, at which point they pretended to look over it and make a ""decision"" as to their approach on my couch. They already had their equip in my house and didn't change what they intended on doing, which was pretending to clean. \r I didn't want to hover and watch their every move, but when I would check back, I would point out multiple spots they said were clean, but had VISIBLE areas of dirt. I couldn't believe it. When they said they were done, there were areas that weren't even damp, as if they hadn't even touched the areas. They were angry that I pointed out these areas, which I did very politely and diplomatically, one guy got payment from my husband while the other guy ""explained"" himself; they loaded their equip up, and said it would be better once it was dry, and simply walked out of the door. \r Wiped it down when they left and removed visible dirt without scrubbing. Called them and let them know it was unacceptable (on a voicemail, since now they don't answer). I' ve not heard from them since.\r Very disgusted as I've used other professional services and have never experienced this. Recently new to the area so couldn't used old reliables and must find new ones; Morgon's Chem Dry will not be one. i've used this company, and had the same fantastic technician, for 19 years, and can't imagine using anyone else. they are always on time, or call if there will be a delay, have accommodated my schedule by coming extra early in the morning, do a great job on pet stains, and even impossible ink on a tan sofa, are friendly and courteous, and have reasonable prices. the best!! i've referred many people to them over the years. We have hired this company on a handful of times and 2 out of the 4 times they just didn't show. First time we gave them another shot but after the second time we will never use their service again. The owner of the company didn't even return phone calls on the situation. So this tells me that he doesn't care about customer service or spreading good words about them. If you don't really care if they show up or not, take your chances otherwise use a reliable company. If they could score a negative number I would have chosen that. Pros: NONE!!!! I like the team at Morgan's Chem Dry. I have become a regular where I use them 2X per year, excluding any accidents. I have always found them to be courteous and go out of their war to accommodate me. I also feel that they do charge a reasonable fee. That is most important to feel that you are getting your moneys worth. Pros: Personable and customizes the job to the need Cons: wish they were closer to where I live. more
