Morgan, Jaimee A, Dds - Presley Orthodotics Family

My sister and I both go here. I was skeptical simply because who really wants to go to the dentist. However, after meeting this dynamic duo I was sold. Dr. Morgan knows her stuff and she is very pro-natural teeth. I went in there and said, ""I have a cavity and I need you to pull it, it hurts."" She just about fell out of her chair. She said, ""Well, I'd like to save your natural tooth if possible."" Then I nearly fell out of my chair. Normally, a dentist is all about pulling teeth and capping teeth. Instead she did a filling and it was so white and pretty that I had her gradually replace all my ugly fillings with their white ones. I am so happy to have found them. more

OH MY GOODNESS! I love love this office and their staff. They are so accommodating and wonderful. I have been to several dentists in my life and I have to say that I have found my life dentist in Dr. Jaimee Morgan. She was very attentive and thorough when she was creating my treatment plan. She answered all my questions and was very conservative with my mouth in that she didn't recommend a crown, root canal, or implant on every other tooth like so many others do. Also, they continue to bleach my teeth at no expense to me as long as I go in for my bi-annual check-ups! Last year I lost my job and therefore my insurance and wouldn't you know they offered their own in office insurance to help me continue with my treatment plan at a reasonable price. I have recommended Dr. Morgan and Dr.Presley for years and I will continue to do so. It pains me to see all the negative reviews but you're truly missing out if you don't experience Presley Orthodontics Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. more

It's terribly sad and unjust that anyone can write a bad review without even having to put their real name or proof of what they have written. We go to great lengths to take care of our patients. We guarantee our work. For those of you looking for a family dentist, I hope that you will at least give us a try, and judge for yourself. more

I would find someone else. My crown broke within a very short time after having Presley do it. more

This doctor calls himself an orthodontist, but they don't even have an orthodontist license! They don't have any right to call themselves orthodontists! I didn't know this, and he absolutely spoiled my bite. They asked us to do a prepay, so we lost for all of this about $4,000. When I've been 8 years old, he found in my teeth 8 cavities, but it was only when I had 20 teeth at this age. This is the worst doctor I've ever met. His wife, is a very conflict person which always tries to get a pre-pay and won't give it back if you have any problems. more

I have been Going to see Dr. Morgan for a long Time. The patient service that i recieve has always been excellent. Everybody there is great and they always have time to listen to my concerns. I always recomend them to everybody i know.;0) more

After a mix up on the part of the office they refuse to refund the difference instead providing an in office account credit and refusing to put the refund back on my credit card. They do this thinking they are locking you into repeat business. Their dishonesty and inability to be reasonable just lost them two more patients. By the way before you spend thousands of dollars on orthodontic work always check the doctor?s qualifications and credentials. Make no mistakes properly trained board certified orthodontists are the only way to go. Pros: No Pros Here! Cons: Unreasonable and argumentative! more

I began going to Presley Orthodontics, Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in 2007. I used to switch dentists regularly according to the dental insurance I had. I now make sure my insurance covers their practice because I would never go anywhere else. They have very caring and knowledgable doctors and staff. I am always treated quickly and with great care. They do all of my dentistry and they completed my orthodontic treatment as well. Both my sons and my husband have received orthodontic treatment as well. We are all constantly getting compliments on our teeth. You could not select a better office for all of your needs. Pros: Very Knowledgable Cons: Yet to find any more

The Orthodontic treatment our daughter has received since August 08 with Presley has left her in worse condition than when we first started. Her bite was good, she was not being treated for a bad bite, but now she has an overbite. We have learned that Presley is not a Board Certified Orthodontist. We have had second opinions from Board Certified Orthodontists and have been told that Presley?s treatment methods are questionable, antiquated, and flawed. We now must start over with our daughter?s treatment with someone else and correct what Presley has done. I suggest that you save yourself time, money, frustration, and discomfort by avoiding Presley and find a Board Certified Orthodontist. You can find one with a simple internet search. I travel from Florida to have my dentistry at Presley orthodontics and have it done by Dr. Morgan. She doesn't mind my crazy schedule, sometimes fitting me in at the end of a day or getting multiple dental issues handled over a two-day period. The last time I went, I had some teeth that needed to come out and a bridge put in. Not only was this done in a matter of DAYS, it was done professionally and she bleached my teeth to boot. She billed my insurance and I paid the difference the day I left. Pros: Smiling faces that make my smile better more

Went to Presley Orthodontics twice. The dental work was good. Watch out for the floride treatment that was included in the treatment without discussion: it is $45, not covered by insurance, as I learned afterward. At the end of the appointment I offered to pay the bill right there. They said to wait. I offered to pay the co-pay. They said to wait until it went through insurance. I never did receive a bill, and six months later when they called to make the next appointment, I asked about the bill. They said I had a balance but to wait until it went through insurance. I continued to wait... Then I received a collections notice in the mail. I ended up paying both the entire bill AND a collections fee. In the end, it turned out that they had filed the insurance claim with errors in it, causing a delay in payment by my insurance company. They have refused to refund the collections fee even though the error was theirs. Pros: Teeth cleaning was ok Cons: Sent me to collections even after I offered to pay the bill. more

I am 28 Years old and have not ever had anything wrong with my teeth before. I ran into a big problem with one of my teeth. I was calling around to find a dentist that I could see me immediately, after calling about 10 dentist I finally found Presley Orthodontics. They got me in right away and WOW the experience that I had was over whelming. I was completely scared never having anything wrong with my teeth before, they were so understanding, caring they truly understood the fear that people have about dentist. They did my procedure walked me through step by step I got a little upset from being scared and they were so nice about it they just took there time and made it a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to go there adults as well as children. If you are scared to go to the dentist go to Presley Orthodontics and your fear will be gone.
