During our recent bath remodel we ordered a number of items from Morgan’s in Ballard, including a vanity and vanity top.
Generally things went smoothly, but there were a couple of problems in ordering the top—first a Morgan’s employee error, then delays at the factory—with the result that at eight weeks I was still waiting for an order that should have taken three weeks to fill.
But once I alerted Russ Morgan, who manages the Ballard store, that we were running up against a summer guest arrival deadline, he came up with an excellent solution that transformed me from an annoyed customer into a happy one.
