Ladies' Heels- Watch out 1/16/2008

I brought in two pairs of ladies boots for heel replacement. Neither was done exceptionally well, but one heel was actually cracked (as in the entire heel- not just the small rubber part I had replaced). I now have to take it to another shoe repair to have it fixed, because I don't trust these guys. more
