If you need garage door work done, call John. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gave me some options. I opted for a repair (though my door was in pretty rough shape). He was thorough, efficient, did quality work, and at the price we agreed on in advance. He even noticed that my garage door opener had been installed incorrectly and fixed that as well. Finally, he saw that some of the trim around my door came loose and fixed that before I even noticed it was a problem. In the end, my door works better than it ever has and I would highly recommend this company. more

Call him on Monday morning and asked if he could look at my door as the spring had broke over the weekend. He was able to come in less than 30 minutes. When he arrived he quickly knew what had to be done. The original builder only put on one spring which is normal but I knew 2 are always better as this is not my first house. I also had a small bend in the top metal panel and needed a new metal guide. The best part I had called my friend who does this work in another state so I would know what fair pricing should be. To the best part he did not try to up sell any parts just fix what had to be done. His price was even better than expected and he was able to fix the bend and add 2 springs. I watched him do the work and he was quick and took care to be sure everything was adjusted correctly. If ever I need any other door work done he will be the first one I call more

John came out to help me with a door that would just not go down like it should. I called at 11 am, and he was at my house by 3 pm. Fixed in 20 minutes flat, gave me a wealth of information on how to properly maintain my doors, as well as the low-down on the specific doors we have, and the price was more than reasonable. I contacted this garage door company because of Adrian 's great reviews on the internet. I had been using another company for awhile and was not happy with the lack of service. That being said, I was looking forward to meeting Adrian. When the day of our appointment arrived, Adrian was unable to meet me due to an injury, so he sent Zack in his place. At first, I was a bit concerned because the whole reason I contacted this garage door company in the first place was because of Steven himself. Steven assured me that Zack was an awesome guy and would provide excellent service. Zack was that and more. Zack was very thorough in his analysis and would explain things in great detail. In the end, he fixed all my garage door issues (my garage door is 13 years old) and left me with some great maintenance tips.
