Mike handled my son's high school senior portraits last year and we couldn't have been happier with his work. I scheduled a photo session with Mike Moreland in February of this year. First of all, I never got a confirmation after scheduling the appointment 2 weeks in advance, nor did I get any type of reminder call or email before the session. As it turns out, when we arrived for our photo shoot his studio had been damaged by weather and he was unable to do our shoot. A phone call from him to re-schedule would have been appropriate, instead, we got there and he was nowhere to be found. He eventually showed up and told us we would need to re-schedule, even though my mother-in-law had a flight back to Denver that evening and we wanted the pictures taken with her. His way of apologizing was that we could re-schedule in a couple of months and he would ?take care of us.? Cons: Will not return your calls, will not deliver on promises more
