Similar experience like the other postings regarding sales people. They follow you around like a lost puppy. I purchased a sectional sofa and a cabinet. The sofa came as promised, yet they called and said the cabinet would be delivered a week later since it had been damaged in the warehouse and they were expecting another shipment. In talking with them, I was informed that was bad information and the cabinet would be delivered with the sofa. Well, both pieces came and the cabinet was damaged......the delivery guy informed me that the could send out a repair technician, and I declined. A customer service person called to check on the delivery and I explained the situation and they informed me that a new piece would be out the following week. That week came and the cabinet was delivered. Upon inspection, I noticed that it was the same cabinet as the week before that they repaired (tried)!!! Talk about insulting! So back on the phone with customer service. Now I'm scheduled again for next week....to date they have offered $200 credit. Will see if they come through.
