CSMobile use should be ashamed for that smear-job post. The service was very good, and the folks generally very nice (We're all human, aren't we?). What the moose suffered from was a case of the ""If you build it, they will come"", syndrome. In my opinion, their business plan left much to be desired. It's unfortunate that abject lessons must occaisionally be learned by closing the doors. The coffe card was offensive for one. ""Loyalty"" card!? Nobody want's to be preached at. ""Moose"" card, or just ""Coffe"" card would have sufficed. Or how about 50 cents off on all coffe drinks for people who live in ""78552"" all day, every day. Show some love to the ""locals"" as it were. Many of the (Price) promos they ran were too little too late. In fact, from the get go, it took them MONTHS to get out their initial flyers to locals, and then there was NO phone number, NO business hours, and No address listed on the flyers. I NEVER saw a TV add or heard a radio add, or even a newspaper add for the place. And the last 6 months or so, as they hobbled towards their demise, what did they do? They slashed their hours. Again, great product, but business incompetance.
