Bad business practices 2/25/2010

We bought a truck there and then went to trade it in for a car. Moore would not give any money for the truck saying it had been in an accident... they just sold it to us a few months before and assured us it was not in an accident. The bottom line is that they sold us a lemon and then tried to get us into a "better" vehicle to "fix" the problem but only tried to get us into more expensive vehicles! LIES LIES LIES. Sold the truck at another dealership for what we wanted and haven't even heard from Moore's morons in months. They don't care about dissatisfied customers! more

This dealership cost me Nearly $16.000 because of there uncaring and incompetent staff . When the problem was brought to there attention it was an attitude get the sale then who cares about what problems you have . more

Moore Motor Sales 9/9/2005

I love Moore Motors. The staff at Moore Motor Sales are friendly, knowledgeable and don't make you feel forced into a sale. They are in the process of remodeling the building, but are still open for business. I have purchased a couple of new vehicles from them and they have offered wonderful service, and service after the sale. The service people are nice and offer you a ride if you drop off your vehicle. I would recommend Moore Motor sales to everyone. more
