Worst

It was criminal. I was quoted a price of $2700 and then after the permit was pulled and I was locked into having the job done a new price of over $6000 was on the contract. a coup...

BJ installed the system for our new home in a most professional manner and addressed all our questions. Couldn't imagine a more satisfying experience. Any time I call they promptly respond with enthusiasm. Charles was very polite and accommodating with regard to delivering fill dirt on site. I highly recommend these folks!! more

Employee Held His Company in Highest Regards 3/2/2018

This is the third time that I have used Moore Sand & Septic. The last two times, Mike provided our services. He was very pleasant and said he wanted to come because he was familiar with our septic tank issues, as he kept notes from the last service provided. What impressed me the most was Mike's high regards for the company he represented. He spoke of the company's great reputation for its work and for its honesty, and both things are extremely important to keeping customers. Gloria more

repair 4/26/2016

I noticed seepage from my 8 year old system that had never been pumped. Called at 8:30 am the next day. By 11:00 am, the system had been pumped and a new pump (old one failed) had been installed. Could not have asked for better service and response. more

Thieves 1/23/2014

It was criminal. I was quoted a price of $2700 and then after the permit was pulled and I was locked into having the job done a new price of over $6000 was on the contract. a couple hundred difference maybe, BUT A FEW THOUSAND? What was this his first day? Obviously it wasn't his first scam. When I questioned the owner he got hostel and told me to take my business elsewhere. Real professional wouldn't you say? His attitude was so immature it was scary. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Run from them, pay more somewhere else. At this rate they wont stay in business so any warranty will be void. more
