It took me a long time to get up the nerve to go and have a consultation to have my root tips extracted. So I made my appointment and got there early to fill out paper work. Aft...

Out to lunch! 11/9/2010

It took me a long time to get up the nerve to go and have a consultation to have my root tips extracted. So I made my appointment and got there early to fill out paper work. After a half an hour, I was taken back to a room where I had to watch a video on wisdom teeth. An hour passed and I was told that Dr. Moore was behind schedule. I'm a reasonable person and I understand that this sort of thing happens. Then I'm told that he had a surgery that went over and he needed to step out for lunch! That I might be waiting another 30-45 minutes to be seen by him. I am a busy mother of three children and I do not have all day to wait around, that is why I scheduled an appointment. So I left their office after being there over an hour never even being seen by Dr. Moore, he was out to lunch! more

Trustworthy and Concerned about his patients 10/22/2010

When I had my surgery with Dr. Moore I was happy to recieve the care and attention that I had heard I would get from this doctor. I had 8 teeth extracted at once and was very pleased with the results! I recommend Dr. Moore to everyone. more

Hard to tell if you'll be paralyzed!??!? 3/15/2009

I came in for a consultation here, and was made to feel like I was just another sheep in the herd. I asked simple questions during the consultation, and was told ""Oh, just let me worry about that during the surgery."" Then I was told that the nerve running down the side of everyone's face (that potentially be damaged and cause my face to be paralyzed the rest of my life) ""looked like it was far enough away from the tooth that needed to be extracted not to be a problem, but that it was HARD TO TELL judging by the X-Ray."" Maybe I'm just being silly...but I do not and will not have confidence in a doctor who isn't SURE about something as serious as that. I left this office feeling like I'd but a hamper on their day by trying to be a customer, and got a seriously wierd vibe from the staff and was frankly terrified of having my surgery performed there.\r Pros: ehh Cons: Scary and impolite more
