*WARNING, BAD CHOICE* She is rude, disrespectful and slow. The 2 hour wait time is ridiculous and unacceptable. Her staff is inconsistent, there seems to be a high employee turnover. She talks to them very badly and in the presence of patients at that. It's very uncomfortable to witness. The movies nor the fish tank can compensate for all that is wrong in this place! \r more

Coming to Smiles R Us has been a very pleasant experience, especially after switching from an office with at least 2 1/2 hours wait to see the dentist. Any issues I've had have been promptly and professionally dealt with. The waiting room is very comfortable and staff are great. Dr. Moore is the best at customer service, walking you to the door after every appointment. more

Our 5-year-old son had such a fear of dentist, we had been unable to even get his teeth cleaned at all before seeing Dr. Moore. The visit to her office was phenomenal; from the office staff, the hygenist, Dr. Moore, everyone there was exceptional. I couldn't believe my eyes! It wasn't just with our son - it was with everyone....kids and adults....like an epidemic of fun and smiles!! Incredible place! We can't wait to go back and yes, we are telling everyone we know about you Dr. Moore. You have a beautiful, blessed business and we love you very, very much.
