The office staff is so unprofessional. They charged me the wrong amount for a missed appointment. 7 months later they contacted me for the first time and began to harass me about a bill I never knew I had. When I called and questioned them about it, they were very rude. After getting no where with the office staff, I asked to speak to the Dr. I was laughed at and told it was not possible. The doctor was too busy to speak to me. When I insisted I speak to someone else, the staff member hung up on me. I left the office months prior to this because of other unprofessional things the staff did. They did not answer the phone or call patients back. I heard other patients complaining about it as well, while I waited in the office for my appointment for over an hour. They lost my file repeatedly and did not have the results of my tests when I would go in. I was pregnant with my first baby and needed to be able to reach the doctor. I left this office and found someone more reliable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. more

This OBGYN has been nothing but a headache. The doctors are good but everything else with that office is horrible! I had an appointment (11.11.10) that to me was very serious since it had to due with an option of going into surgery or a higher medication. On my way to the office I got a call that the Dr had to leave due to an emergency. OK i understand things come up but then it was a PAIN to reschedule my appointment. I had to call multiple times to get someone to call me back. Finally got it rescheduled and AGAIN got a phone call on my way there (11.23.10) that the Dr had an emergency. I work at a place that it is not easy to take time off and to tell my boss they canceled on me twice and I need to reschedule again doesn't look good on my part. Since then I have called on a daily bases and can not get a scheduled appointment. I have asked for the office manager at least 8 times and still no phone call. The front office girls are NO help and snuddy. One told me I would get a call from the office manager on. Wednesday ""Since that was the day she made all her calls""... come to find out the office is closed on Wednesday. Today, 12.13.10, I still have not heard from an office manager, I do not have an appointment, and overall upset on how this office handles things. This appointment to me was really appointment. Now I have to find a new Dr and will probably have to start the process again since I am in mid diagnosis and most Drs want to look and treat you first before they throw you into surgery. My past experiences with the office staff have been similar but I really liked the Dr so stayed. The Drs are always behind and there is always a long wait. I would highly recommend seeing another office. more
