HORRIBLE!!! Simply horrible and very unprofessional!!! 1/4/2015

I attended a wedding for two of the dearest people in the world on Halloween of 2014. They booked with Moonstone Manor because of the beauty and false pretenses the owner - a woman named Penny - told them. Even before the actual day of the wedding, there were problems at Moonstone. Some of the groomsmen were putting up decorations and were told by Penny that they would never be able to get them down the morning after the wedding "when you're too damn drunk." From that point on, nothing could be done correctly for her. This was in direct contract to how she treated my friends before they laid down the deposit. On the day of the wedding, Penny ran around as though she was crazy, dunk or a combination of the two. While everyone was getting ready though, she ran around swearing like a drunk in a bar that she was going to have vehicles towed. People went out to move their cars in an effort to appease her and at that point noticed the signs she had put out after their arrival. One of the most unprofessional displays I witnessed was the way she treated the photographers. In front of the bride and the groom's parents she went into a fit threatening to have their vehicle towed. Even when the one photographer dropped everything to move the vehicle they were unloading, she continued to belittle them to the parents and bride. Later in the evening, Penny and her husband went as far as to move the photography equipment that was placed where she approved earlier. (This prevented them from providing services the bride and groom had paid for!!!) Much to the photographers' credit, they maintained their professionalism throughout it all. I watched them both apologize to the parents of the bride and groom for any issues they may have caused and were told her lack of professionalism was not their fault. Following the reception Penny took it upon herself to start tearing down the decorations the bride and groom had paid for and put up. They had paid for the entire manor for that night more
