Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn

For those looking for a great bar-b-q place, Old Hickory is the best in town, and everyone here knows it. It is not as big and doesn't have as large a menu or advertise everywhere like Moonlight, and ex-President Clinton didn't eat there like he did at Moonlight (coz he didn't know about it), but the food is much, much better, and everyone I know agrees!! It is a small, quaint place with the best bar-b-q around. I had eaten at Moonlight several times before discovering Old Hickory, and it just does not compare! Their meat is tough, tasteless, and greasy in comparison! I want visitors to our city to have a great bar-b-q experience, so if you want great bar-b-q, go to Old Hickory. If you want a big buffet full of food not worth the price, go to Moonlight. more

This place is known all around the tri-state area for their outstanding BBQ. Many people use them for catering, which is what we did. We picked up some pork BBQ to have at a rehearsal dinner and it was a big hit. Everyone enjoyed it, and there was not much left at the end of the night. They really have a great recipe. more
