Don't Waste Your Money 12/5/2011

I was very disappointed in the table-top tree I got from their Carmel Valley location last week. Once away from the lovely aroma of the lot, the tree itself has no scent, is too dry to absorb water, and is losing needles rapidly. They advertise the trees as ""fresh"", but of course they don't offer refunds or exchanges. Obviously they are NOT ""as good as their word"". more
