Wonderful, absolutely state of the art practice right here in Grass Valley!! They use all the latest technologies to make eye appointments so much easier than they used to be! Everyone in the staff is extremely kind and professional and the Doctors are all fantastic, thorough, caring, and take the time to explain and go over everything with you with kindness and professionalism, putting you right at ease. I am so happy to have found them after trying a lot of other Optometrist's, highly recommend!! more

Dr Chan OD 9/12/2017

I was completely impressed by the quality of service I received at the office of Dr Chan he explained everything in detail and it was an overall great experience. I've had many eye exams in my life time and I always seemed to feel like I forgot to ask something but Dr Chan gave me answers to questions I didn't even think to ask at the moment. I won't go anywhere else ever again. more

great experience 7/25/2017

My last appointment was for a new pair of glasses. The staff got me in to see the Doctor at the time of my appointment. Dr. Chan was extremely competent and went through my tests with patience and extreme caring. The staff ordered my new lenses and frames and while we were putting together my preference for the new style frames, she noticed that my existing glasses were not fitting as well as they should and she adjusted them then and there. I was going to mention that, but she beat me to it. Great service. more

Super Doctor 6/11/2017

Dr. Chan gives the most comprehensive eye exam ever. He really cares about his patients. We moved to Roseville from Nevada City and mistakenly tried other offices in this area, but none compared to Dr.Chan. We make the trip to Grass Valley every year now and it is well worth the drive to be treated so special and to be in the care of such a competent and caring doctor as Dr. Chan. more

Friendly Staff and Wonderful Doctors 4/21/2017

I have been coming here for both contact lenses and eye glasses. The exams are always quick, and everyone is friendly and helpful. They don't pressure you into getting specific exams, contacts, or glasses (which I have had other Doctors do); They help you find what works best for you. I highly recommend seeing Drs. Chan and Moon! more

I swiched and it has been just great 3/16/2017

Dr. Ross is a definite plus for the office, especially with Doctors Chan and Moon a bit under the weather so to speak. He handled my situation with ease and then Had Barbie refer me for a cataract evaluation. I am looking forward to have somewhat of a youthful outlook on life very soon. Thanks to you all, Hank more

Very professional. I was able to ask all questions i wanted to of the optometrist, and didn't feel rushed. The front desk staff explained the cost very thoroughly. more

Best eye doctor and office ever. 6/7/2016

I've had glasses since I was 5 and now I am.... several decades older, so I have had a LOT of experience with eye doctors and glasses. I have to say, Dr. Moon is my all time favourite eye doctor: her gentle expertise and non-patronizing way she educates you about your eyes is outstanding. The staff are all professional, yet friendly and go out of their way to make your visit the best. There is a wide selection of frames to chose from, and the staff are kind enough to stay within any budget they are presented with. Best eye doctor office EVER! more

Highly Recommended 5/13/2016

Helpful staff, thorough, attentive, great equipment, good selection of glasses. Filling out patient history was easy and convenient with their online pre-appointment med history form. Clean and kept office. Great kid's corner for those with children. They could widen the variety and color of frames in my opinion yet I'm not one for the standard look. more
