I highly recommend you avoid Monument Limousine. We had scheduled a limousine from them for 10 people to go to a charity fund raising event. The limo that arrived would only seat 8 people comfortably. The driver had us call one of the owners (Alvesta) to see if we could get a larger rig. When we called the owner was belligerent. He said that we must be ?Big People? and that?s why we don?t fit. We were from 5?6 to 6?3? with weights from 125lbs to 200lbs. He kept talking about how new the Limo was, but this wasn't the issue, we just wanted a limo that would fit all of us safely and comfortably without having to sit on laps. We agreed to pay an additional $175 for a larger model and took the time to ride out of the way to their depot at 3430 Fillmore Ridge Heights to switch to the larger model. When we arrived we experienced the worst customer service I?ve ever seen in my entire life! Alvesta began by verbally assaulting and yelling at us while pointing his finger at people in our group and accusing us of trying to scam him for the bigger unit. He told us it would be $450 more for the larger limo. We questioned the differences in mathematics and through the conversation, if you can consider him yelling at our group and telling us how this happens all the time and he isn?t going to take people trying to get a good deal from him anymore a conversation; he said he can only take us one-way now. We called the other owner (Alex) to protest and find somebody reasonable to talk to, but he was equally rude and belligerent and said they wouldn't rent us a limo at all, so we were left stranded without a way to get to our charity event. Luckily we found a nearby Thrifty car rental with a van that would safely and comfortably fit our group and made it to our event a couple of hours late. I STRONGLY suggest you avoid Monument Limousine at ALL costs. They do not care about customer service, only want your money, will yell at you and leave you stranded. BEWARE!
