Monument Auto Masters is a great shop, and they are very honest. I have never had a problem, and they always give me the best service possible. I have been using them for at least 20 years. My daughter, who lives in Reno, has so much faith in them that she comes all the way here to get her car serviced. I have very good rapport with them, and they are very honest about their repairs. I don't have to worry about if they are taking me. I have gone to other shops before, and if it is something like brakes they will give me the run around, saying I need this or that. Monument Auto Masters is really a very honest shop. I would rate them 5 all the way. I recommend them all the time, to anybody who wants auto repair. The prices are very competitive and fair. After they have given me a price I have called other dealerships and private shops, and they always give me a fair price. They are not cheap, but you are getting your money's worth. I have a lot of confidence in them, and I rely on their judgement. That is why I like them. If they find something more they call me first. They will also give me rides back and forth from the shop without a problem. One time when I couldn't pick up the vehicle they even dropped it off at my house.
