I don't understand why they schedule appointments. You get there on time and then have to wait an hour or more to be seen. Ridiculous. more

These folks are wonderful - great service, state of the art technology, and my scans were in my physician's hands within ten minutes of my leaving the facility. I won't go anywhere else for MRIs or sonograms. Pros: Fabulous staff and top notch equipment more

I received NUMEROUS phone call's to schedule an appointment that my doctor had ordered. After telling staff I will call them when I'm able to come. They still called. Then when you arrive undress, fill out forms, all the norm that's when you find out their open arm machine ""broke"". Then they offer to shove you in a claustrophobic hole. I think this is a big waste of time. They should ask you with one of the harassing phone calls if you require an open arm machine. They sent me to a ""sister"" location on Phillips and University. Not that much better. The man kept asking if I was chewing gum!!! Wow, have you not been trained to pick up on bruxisum!!! Jaw clenching is a form of controlled panic!!!! Go figure! If need go to the University and Phillips location to begin with. Pros: Went as a past patient and loved it! Cons: they don't have open arm machine more
