The first thing that you notice is the slew of senior citizens there and you scratch your head wondering why. Then you look at the prices and you see inexpensive food and that answers your questions. Other than that, I really don't have anything good to say. The employees clearly don't like their jobs and the place is poorly kept. I saw a rating of a B, and I thought they were generous. If you look on the cieling you can see tape when they painted the place 50 years ago. There is even a sign in the booths telling you that its for larger parties. They do have a bakery with different kinds of breads with staff that don't know much about them. If you want better food, I would recommend City Hall.
Pros: Cheap food
Cons: Everything else.
