I was very happy with my experience at Discover Dental. It does take some adjustment when switching dentists. I had a comfort level with my previous dentist after going there for several years, so when a new dentist makes a different recommendation I tend to question whether it is all necessary or not. It may take some time to gain that level of trust, but I appreciate having things explained very clearly so I understand exactly why additional appointments/procedures are being recommended. more

Most aggressive cleaning I have ever had...found cavities and they were taken care of immediately. Learned I will need to use new products and be more aggressive with stain prevention while wearing Invisilign. All good. more

Karen went above and beyond the call of duty, fighting a long but ultimately successful reimbursement battle on our daughter's behalf. Karen was also very helpful finding appointment times that fit my daughter's schedule as a KCPS teacher, and up-front in explaining the somewhat unusual nature of our claim and its prospect of being reimbursed. We are grateful for her patience and her persistence. more
