Small, but Nice 9/23/2005

Although it is not very big, the zoo still has a lot to offer. Several of the exhibits are pretty large. And they have expanded quite a bit over the years. They have a nice pavillion that's covered with a concession stand. The food is pretty high, I would suggest bringing a picnic lunch. This pavillion can also be used for birthday parties. We like to go at Christmas time and see the Holiday light and ride the train. more

The zoo itself is small, and not many animals. The one time i went there, many of the animals were not shown because of the cold weather on that day, I think they should have announced that before charging us for the admission and letting us in. Oh, and the last time i checked, they didn't have an elephant in their collection! more
