Welcome to Montgomery Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. We provide a variety of outpatient physical therapy services that focus on resolving your pain, restoring functional strength and motion to your daily life, and teaching you how to better take care of your body at home. We also provide a variety of physical therapy specialties, aquatic therapy, wellness and sports medicine programs, massage therapy, and myofascial release options. You will be glad to know that our locations are open Monday thru Friday and even on Saturday to better accommodate your schedule. You no longer have to make that long drive to other far away towns for your physical therapy needs. Since opening the clinic in 2005, more than 250 physicians have trusted their patients to our care.
