Heartless Vet! This Vet should never be even admitted to Vet school!! "Dr. NISHA SANATHARA"\r \r I took in a 10 day old kitten who was on the verge of dying because of infected wounds on the leg. The Vet came out to the reception desk and told me I don't have an appointment, so she will have to charge me an emergency fee of $70. This is more expensive than the 24hr emergency clinic who charges $65 at 3 am in the morning. I asked for a discount as this is a stray kitten I found in the backyard, and of course, she refused. Her reason is she has to postpone her surgery for 15 mins and the Vet techs cannot prepare for the next patient and will have to wait for 15 MINS! Seriously, what harm is it gonna cause to postpone the surgery for 15 MINS?? Let me write up a quote for treating it with a shot of antibiotic, and maybe you should consider euthanizing it and I will ALSO GIVE YOU A QUOTE FOR EUTHANIZING IT. Hello?! If I wanna euthanize it, I would just go to the shelter!! Pasadena Humane Society has the best facility and very ethical euthanization procedure and it's free! I cannot believe she still wants to make money either way. If the kitten has a 50/50 survival rate, why would I pay you to kill it?? Euthanization is for chronic painful disease which the animal will die eventually, such as final stage cancer, you dumb heartless unethical b***h!!!! So the bill comes out to be $165 at 2 in the afternoon during regular business hour.\r \r PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!! She not only wants your money, SHE HAS NO HEART!!! And here is for you, DR. NISHA SANATHARA, if you have no heart and passion for what you are doing, for the sake of all the innocent animals, choose another profession! more

I bring my dog here for her grooming once a month and is a great price for everything they do. He gets a free exam, nails trim, ear pluck and clean, anal glands express, flea bath, hair cut, and a tablet for the fleas so trust me your dog will never get fleas here they move to a new location 2314 S atlanic just down the street more

I had taken my little puppy to several other vets and found my dog had parvo I couldn't afford treatment my friend recommended me to this place so I when in exam was only $25 that was good cause other places were $40 I told them I did not have to much money and they gave me a little discount and gave me different options I was able to afford one and the estimates and they told me what I can do at home to help my puppy now he is happy and strong defiantly recommended Pros: null Cons: null more

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I sent my dog for a surgery to fix an inverted eyelash... and he ended up being scarred and continuously tearing. We brough him to another vet who explained that they did the surgery incorrectly and had to give my dog 2 more surgeries to correct the problem. Both surgeries was even less than what this horrible vet charged me for one. more

I have been coming here for years with my pet cats and dogs and the service has always been perfect. The doctor and staff are very compassionate and care greatly for the animals they provide services for. I travel a great distance to get their service but it is worth it to get proper and safe treatment for my beloved pets. I strongly recommend them to all my friends. more

doctor and staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor took time to explain things out to me and the wait to see the vet wasn?t bad at all. The facility was really nice and clean prices weren?t too bad, compared to other vets I have been too. They do everything too (grooming, surgery, vaccines, x-rays, and boarding). I had a great experience!! and recommend this vet to everyone. more

I had a horrible experience with MPAH. I took my dog in for a grooming and she came back home with an ear infection. I immediately took her back for an exam and waited 2 hours before the doctor would see her. They told me water had enter my dogs ear during grooming and was causing a bad infection. After they treated my dog with a shot, they made me pay for her medical treatments, I was outrage and felt scammed. I then tried to contact the owner, whom would never respond back to me, and the manager told me it was not their policy to give refunds. I recommend finding a different Animal Hospital and not go through the same experience I did. more
