Seeing the other reviews here, I want to say that (1) one is not for this community at all, and (2) one is from 2007 and fairly accurate for its time (over-priced condos) except I don't think MV is shoddily built, and after living here now for about 6 years, I've never heard anything from my neighbors that I'd be embarrassed about hearing. (you can hear the water rush through the pipes when a toilet is flushed sometimes). If you like trees, hills, a nice walk to the river or to the top of a hill where you can see downtown, you might like it here. Not easy access to stores without a car, and no buses come here. more

This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived in. Please, ask your realtor to sit with you, at night, when your neighbors are home. I promise you will stay awake all night listening to the neighbors stomping around and the commodes flushing. I invited some friends over and we cracked up laughing as one described my unit like a ghetto scene from a movie. Oh! don't forget to walk the grounds. I have never seen so much filth (dog poo) and the smell of urine permeates the plants around you because your neighbors are too lazy to take their poor pet for a walk and make them pee in the same spot over and over - right in front of your unit. All I can say is RUN. If you are a realtor, you should be ashamed showing this dump. Don't be a want a quick buck f____ up! SO you wanna be treated rudely... the manager is always willing to accomodate. Built as shoddy apartments and glossed over to be sold as highly overpriced condos...what a joke! Crown moulding, granite countertops and new appliances can't make up for hearing your neighbor everytime they go to the bathroom...you can only imagine the other activities you hear!
