Join us for our weekly Open House every Wednesday from 6-8pm. We have just recently taken ownership of the Monte Villa Farmhouse, and have gone through a full re-model of the facility. Nearly every detail of the farmhouse has been changed for the better... re-finished floors, new electrical work, new lighting, new paint, a commercial stove and refrigerator, a beautiful Bride's Room, a handsome Groom's Room, a nursery, a game room, a bar, a beautiful garden with a new 12 foot trellis... We have just taken ownership of the Monte Villa Farmhouse the beginning of 2012, and we have done a complete remodel of the facility. I am sorry to anyone who received anything but stellar service and care. We can assure you that when you rent the Monte Villa, you are well taken care of and you are our number one priority. It is your wedding day after all, this should be one of the most memorable days of your life! You are able to choose your own caterer, at NO additional costs, we just re-modeled and it is amazingly beautiful, and the management is dedicated to making your day perfect, as it should be. Don't be deceived. The location is beautiful, the food tastes great, and the price seems resonable, but choosing this venue was the only regret I have of my wedding day. The staff was unfriendly and extremely unprofessional the night of (smoke breaks during dinner when they should have been serving, refusal to serve food/beverages, being loud and disruptive during toats). They were not accomodating whatsoever to things like music, microphones, cake, etc. They quote you one price and in the end charge you one much higher than what you expected, and when they make a mistake in the quote, you are the one who has to pay for it or take away food from the menu, tables and linens, etc. I was promised detailed receipts of what I paid for that night, and I have not received anything even after multiple requests. They don't care about making a happy day for the newlyweds, they only care about getting their money. Trust me on this, do not get married here. Pros: Nice setting, good food Cons: No customer service, lack of communication, they leave you feeling scammed more
