After finding that I needed a part replaced in order to pass my emissions, I decided to ask these guys to replace, since they were highly recommended to me and have good good dealings with them in the past.As it turns out the owner was out of town, the woman at the counter (who was apparently the acting manager) neglected to start a new waiver of the correct day the service was actually done, she used the old signature from the day before (when they found they had the wrong part), and did not give me a proper estimate, only added everything numbers and all, to the old signature. Then hassled and humiliate me for some time when I came up short on the boosted final price. Then, when finally paying the balance, she refused to give me a receipt! I was definitely taken to the cleaners on this one, and unfortunately the first time I had actually trusted an outfit like this.
