From the minute I walked in it was a great experience. The office smelled good, not like any dentist office I've ever been to. I received a warm welcome. There was the usual papers to fill out but they accepted my insurance and helped me with financing my out-of-pocket for my crowns and fillings.\r \r Dr. Boyajian was very thorough and really put me at ease. I had my first crown and still need some more fillings but I know I will be going back until I get all of my work completed.\r \r I have to say the staff was also very kind. I highly recommend them. more

My first visit to Dr. Boyajian's office was pleasant and informative. Although the office is very far from my home, I am happy to make the drive, as I feel that all the staff are professional and efficient.\r \r I went in for a routine exam and learned that I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done, and that it would cost over $1000. However, the staff explained my treatment plan and payment options in a way that made the investment less daunting. Dr. Boyajian and his staff are very kind and respectful. They all greet you with smiles when you walk into the office and are very considerate to you and your concerns about the work they will be doing for you.\r \r I recently had a crown replaced and Dr. Boyajian and his staff were great. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood what was going to happen. Dr. Boyajian even called my home to see how I was doing with the temporary crown since it would be about a week or so before the permanent crown was placed. It's nice to find a doctor that cares about you and the outcome of your dental procedure. more

I was referred to Dr. Boyajian. I had two implant and two veneers and my mouth looks stunning. He and his office worked hard to accommodate. He was meticulous in selecting the right color and shape for my new teeth. I cannot say enough about his expertise. Also, He was very gentle and professional. arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. i had to wait for 2 hours to see the dentist! the dentist then told me I had to get a night guard made as well as have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted for a cost of $2,500 even though i have dental insurance. I had the night guard made and wanted to wait to see if that helped before extracting so many teeth for no reason and at such an outrageous cost. I had the night guard made paid $600 dollars - shortly after that my dog chewed up the night guard - i called back and they said that they threw out the mold! and i'd have to pay another $600. I went to another dentist, he rechecked my wisdom teeth and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Do not go to this young, bad, money hungry dentist who need to sucker people so he can pay for his fancy BH address. Pros: location Cons: everything else more

The worst dentist experience ever... To make a long story short: \r The dental procedures they performed on me caused irreparable damages to teeth previously in good shape. I'm talking about fillings they had to redo 3 times and still weren't correctly done (Someone was sleeping through the dentistry 101 class...). Several years later I am still trying to repair their work. These procedures also caused me a lot of pain during and after.\r They pushed hard to sell services that are not needed.\r They over billed me and refused to adjust the balance.\r Do not take a chance, go somewhere else ! BHCD are covered by our insurance, and they seemed like a safer choice after our last dental experience in LA. Turns out they topped it. Hands down, the worst dental experience we've ever had. Most expensive too. Careful. more

I was referred to this dental location by another dentist - he said they'd take care of my broken tooth. All I wanted is to extract a broken tooth. I went there at about 11:30am on a Saturday and came out at about 2:30pm. They were not supposed to be my main dentists, but I was given a full mouth 'diagnosis', extremely painful full mouth x-ray, was told that the broken tooth needed antibiotics before extraction, and was advised to have teeth cleaning. They started teeth cleaning on the ""healthy"" left side of my mouth, skipped a few teeth which needed work, have irrigation and stopped. The bill $271 paid by credit card, and some $450 charged to my insurance. Basically, a total of around $600 for half dental cleaning, full mouth x-ray I did not need, and diagnosis which said nothing that I did not know already with my other dentist. I called and cancelled my appointment to clean the other half of my teeth, and forget about extracting my tooth which broke off anyways exactly one week later. I was STRONGLY advised to complete my teeth cleaning as I was told that it invalidates the cleaning work done already on my left-side teeth. The remaining teeth which need cleaning will pass bacteria to the left hand side I was told over and over. One more reason why I refused to go back as I was not aware that bacteria got so smart to wait one full week before it starts transmitting itself onto the other side of the mouth. more
