The whole experience was excellent. My car was in need of a detail before I sold it and I haven't seen my car look this good since I drove it off the dealership lot three years ago. It was rainy the day I brought it in and they recommended I leave it over night so it wouldn't get dirty before I had a chance to take photos. I really appreciate all of your help, thanks guys! more

I'm really picky about clean cars and car washes. I've paid double for a wash that wasn't even nearly as good as this place. I brought in my mud-caked Land Cruiser after an off-road excursion, and they washed it twice at no extra charge! Although they did recommend I get the Exterior-Supreme with Salt-X because that package includes three underbody treatments to clean the underbody. Some places don't even dry your car, but Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center does and they do it very well. I'm amazed at how they do such a quality wash at such reasonable prices. They don't seem to have high employee turnover either - a good sign, because I see the same familiar faces each time I go, year after year. Also, they have a VIP customer loyalty program, which is free to join, and there are no cards or sticker, they just use my license plate so I save money on every wash! I love this place! more

I am a regular customer and part of their VIP Club loyalty program. I usually get the Ultimate Full Service wash done and my car comes out looking fresh & clean. I couldn?t ask for more, even at a higher price. more

These folks wash cars better than anyone else. Their attention to detail is impressive and the quality and consistency of their work keeps me coming back. Do they cost a bit more? Yes. Is it worth it? You bet. My car always looks great! more

I've passed by this place for months and finally decided to get my Range Rover washed there. I was thrilled with the results. They were very efficient and professional. My car really shined. While there are cheaper washes in the area, I found that you really do get what you pay for. I would rather pay once and get it done correctly the first time. This is now my one-stop car cleaning and detailing shop when I want to clean my Range Rover. more

I am really in awe of the job that was done on my car recently - I had the Executive full service detail. My Suburban smelled of two German Sheppard?s and the flavors of spilled coffee and it now is like brand-new! I definitely will be returning. I should note that my Suburban is five years old, so I think it's a real tribute to their efforts to restore the new car smell (as two German Sheppards have worked diligently to mark the back as their territory). I was tired of warning passengers that they may be asphyxiated by the dog smell. It's comforting to know that I don?t have to live like that anymore. I will now regularly take my Suburban to Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center before it gets too bad again. more

Be sure to visit during the early part of the week (not on the weekend) to grab one of their best deals - I paid $175 for an Executive Detail saving $25 by negotiating on the spot. I am so happy with the results - the spots between the bottom of my car seats and the floor are completely clean of caked-on food debris from mishaps that occurred over the years! more

The service is great and they are very efficient, add that to great value for the price and you've got an excellent formula for Highest Customer Satisfaction. Lazy and need a wash? Well, considering that I am a jerk when it comes to how shiny my car looks - this is actually an excellent car wash. Pros: ?For a monthly fee ($25), you can get unlimited exterior-car washes. Why bother? Well, if you go to other car washes 1 or 2x a month, you're already paying more. ?Auto-deducts from your bank account so it?s super convenient ?No long term commitment, you can cancel at any time ?It's quick. I'm usually out of there in 5 minutes ?Flexible. If I want to up-grade my wash, I just pay the difference so I still get the savings! Cons: ?To cancel you need to give them a week?s notice before the end of the month more

Will definitely be back 5/8/2012

Found this place online. Intended to spend $20. Greeter up-sold me to $30 for Teflon spray wax, doublebond, rain-x, triple foam polish, wheels (shine & rims), and two underbody services (rinse & rust protection). All the work was done on-line so I was out 20 minutes after driving onto the property... Staff was friendly. Some guy checked my car 2x then walked me to car...said they guarantee work. Made sure I was happy :) Overall nice place, clean bathroom, free Wi-Fi, which seemed pretty fast! Will definitely be back. more

""No Other Car Wash Comes Close... the best I've been too"" You get a great wash from the organized way your vehicle moves through the different areas from vacuuming, the tunnel, to getting towel dried at the end. The staff is amiable, hard working and efficient. The owner always say hello and he's professional, courteous and accommodating to my needs. In the end, I get a clean car in a clean friendly professional environment at a great price... That's why I'll always go there. more

I'm new to the area and needed a good car wash. This place is awesome! They did a GREAT job washing my car and it was filthy! They were really quick and my car was very clean, they even dressed the tires and vacuumed the inside. The standard price is $15.99 but if you go to their website there is a coupon for $2 or $3 off. They also have a really good VIP Club where you get your 11th was free! It's a great value and my car was clean in about 15 minutes. Bonus that the cashier was very friendly. I will definitely go back! more
