I wanted to get some minor repairs done on my van. Most of it was just maintainence things. The people here took the time to answer my many questions and fix the little things I wanted taken care of. I had some wires hanging down from the trailer lights and I had one brake light out. The fixed these quilckly without complaining. Which is what I have gotten from other places places. They put an oil treatment in my van and added some gas treatment. Most people wouldn't do that. I will be back. Cons: Clean Waiting room The staff really knew their stuff. Very helpful more

THANK-YOU BRIAN!!!! Having a child in college is stressful, but having a Daughter 2 hours away from home with a car that is more than 18 years old really adds to this stress. Having a TRUSTWORTHY person like yourself and a great company for my daughter to take her car to when there is a problem, words can't describe! I usually work on all my cars myself so finding a shop that I can trust NOT to rip their customers off when my daughter has trouble and can't get the car back home is a huge relief. You run your shop the way ALL AMERICAN companies should be run!!! I HIGHLY recommend YOU AND YOUR SHOP to anyone in the Grand Rapids area and to any parents that have a student at GVSU. I went to this store two times and both times they fixed my car right. They treated me fair and were very friendly. My car would not run right and they found a bad tune up. Then they had a brake sale and saved me about $90 off . I will keep going to them. I will be back to get my A/C fixed soon. Thanks Lentz Pros: Cleanest waiting room I have ever sat in. Great service and terrific people. The manager, Brian, was very helpful and explained everything to me in depth. The inspection was free and the prices were fair. Charged ungodly prices to fix things on vehicle that had nothing to do with reason the vehicle was brought in. After Lentz had the vehicle for 4 days they told me it was fixed in which the orignal problem apparently was never addressed because the car still has the orignal problem. I called them and let them know that the problem was not fixed and was told that I needed to drop the vehicle off again and they would look at it for an additional price. I recommended that something be done about the price because I was told it had been fixed and I was told that they could tell the regional manager but nothing would come from it. So nothing good to say about this business , just a waste of money and time!! more
