Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I went to Mass Tire because I was leaking liquid when I picked someone up from Logan Airport. I safely made it to my original mechanics' shop and was recommended to a shop a few miles down (because they were too busy) to try Mass Tire.\r \r This shop took me in about 10 mins and diagnosed the problem to be water pump and associated pieces like timing belt. They were also worried about other engine parts, but being a former mechanic, I told them I didn't hear any noises that were indicitive of further engine damage. \r \r The service advisor knew this wasn't going to be something to be fixed that afternoon and told me the cost estmiate. I was given a loaner car and told most likely I would get it back tomorrow.\r \r I got it back the car back the next day, the verbal estimate was within 10% of the actual and it is fixed. They didn't bs me, gave me a loaner and the job is done. I couldn't be happier under the conditions.\r \r Thanks guys. more
