Earlier this year I went in to replace my front brakes and calipers, during their inspection they tell me rear brakes will need to be replaced soon but did not need replaced immediately. They tell me the front brakes do most of the work so I should be fine for while. That was the end of the conversation. I pull out of the parking lot to find my brakes making more noise then every and it was when I wasn't even using them. They tell me "oops, ive been doing this for years I didnt move the plate back over" Okay we all make mistakes, I was not angry it was a quick fix, no problem I was still happy they took measure to fix their mistake. 2 weeks later I start to hear noise again I go back to have them check it out to be sure nothing else went wrong. They tell me their front brake job was not the problem and it was my rear brakes and if i didnt replace them within 30 days of the front repair they would not cover my front brake warranty.
