From the outside, this place looks great. On the inside, I was willing to let the mess of the food bar scattered all over (everything in with everything else) go. The meat area smelled and I avoided this area. The places is one of those where you select your ingerdients and have them grill it while you wait.
After selecting some veggies, trying hard to work around the things I didn't want that were in the containers fo those I did want, and after waiting for the cooks to grill the food, I sat down. This process took quite a while and the waitress still hadn't brought our drinks even though there were only about 10 customers total. Since this was the off hour of 2:30pm, I didn't think about the lack of customers.
Instead of working to clean up the mess, the waitress leaned on the bar and the two cooks started practicing flipping their cooking tools, dropping them ont he floor several times!!! And not cleaning them!
A traveling companion ordered the veggie rice. She only ate a few bites and felt sick as we left the place. My food was okay. The sauces were watered down so there was no flavor, except I am guessing floor after I watched the cooks drop their tools and use them.
After about 30 minutes, we were brought about 1/4 a cup of rice that was meant for three of us to share. The waitress did say she could bring more, but nobody liked the food enough or wanted to wait another 30 minutes. We also paid for the salad bar. The lettuce was brown and wilted. There were only three dressings to select from. Like the lettuce, all of the other veggies were brown and/or wilted.
For four people, the bill came to almost $65 and the food was horrible. We were not offered refills on drinks and not a single employee made an effort to clean up any of the mess on the food bars--instead they hung around and played, making things even worse.
Stay away! There are a lot of other options in the area.
