Money Saver Johnson Creek

We called around and went to money saver for the price. We we got there the receptionist was rude and not very helpful, was not told that we had access to a moving cart and had to carry everything up ourselves. Then next day my wife went to take another trip to storage while I was at work, we were given the wrong access code the day before and since only one name could go on the account she wasn't given the right code and had to wait for me to contact them the next day so they could give the code to me. I would of rather paid more money to another storage unit for better customer service. more

I did a lot of calling around to find a reasonable storage unit, I hadn't moved in several years so all of this was new to me. Everything seemed so ""industrial"" not to mention expensive. The people I talked with at the ""high profile"" storage companies were at times impersonal and I began to find myself really frustrated.\r \r Then I remembered the ""Money Saver"" located not too far from where I lived. I drove by all the time but never paid attention. So I went up there and all I can say is that I instantly felt relief. I knew this was going to be the place I would be storing my belongings. I parked and went in and was greeted by two of the nicest people. \r \r • They were very professional and quite knowledgeable and added a friendly and welcoming touch. \r • They had a great special when their rates were already less than their competitors\r • The premises was always clean and neat\r • Insurance came with the rental\r • A free lock\r • Free moving van you can reserve when moving in\r • Right off I-205 at the Foster rd. exit- very easy access\r \r What more could you possibly want, I am happy to give them my recommendation.\r Pros: Clean, neat, safe, friendly, reasonable more
